Sudan Civil War: [5/8/2024]: Situation on Sennar front: RSF advanced from Dinder towards Gedarif, taking the towns of Al-Atashan and Hazirah. On the other hand, a recent video showed the rebel groups accidentally crossing the border into Ethiopia, demonstrating the complete loss of the Dinder district by the SAF. The Dinder National Park area is a sort of no man’s land where the RSF move freely but without establishing complete control over this sparsely populated area.
