DPRK military start to train on Russian territory

The video was allegedly filmed “no more than 72 hours ago“ at the training ground in the village of Sergeevka in Primorsky Krai of the Russian Federation. The limited contingent of DPRK troops that arrived in Russia “for training“ will apparently initially be deployed in the border regions of the Russian Federation - Bryansk, Kursk, Belgorod, as a bogeyman not so much for Ukraine as for the West as a whole. This is only a threat for now, not direct participation of the DPRK in the war. Active participation of this contingent in military actions, especially on the legally recognized territory of Ukraine, is unlikely. But it is no longer possible to exclude it in the future in the event of an escalation of the conflict. Another weight has been thrown onto the scales of the negotiations, which Putin spoke about again yesterday at the BRICS business forum. His favorite balanced approach. On the one hand: Putin’s peaceful recognition of the Istanbul agreements as a desirable basis for negotiations with Ukraine (and they, for example, did not contain anything about the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions, only about the LPR and DPR). On the other hand: a militant demonstration of the possibility of North Korea joining the conflict. This is Putin’s response to the rising threatening rhetoric of escalation in Ukraine and the West. Not in words, but in deeds, Russian sources report.
