A wall of death at Southend on Sea in Essex. High angle shot of the riders with their vehicles: motorcycles and a car. They could be a motorcycling family. C/U of a woman on a motorcycle with a man sitting on the handlebars. The camera follows one of the riders as they spin around the wall of death. Crowds of spectators look over the wall as the rider spins around doing various stunts. Two riders go around together - possibly a woman and a man. We see the two riding around in slow motion. Printed around the top of the wall of death ring is the legend: “Chewing Gum Steadies Nerves“ One of the stunt riders drives a baby car around the ring.
