KINAMOT TALIPAPA MARKET - Walking Tour [4K]

HEADPHONES ON, this video is in FULL HD STEREO =) - I did a QUICK WALKTHROUGH of the Kinamot Talipapa Market in Kawit/Imus, Cavite Philippines. This is a typical small market where you can get most of what you need. Just bare in mind that with the smaller markets, the prices are a bit higher than what you would find in the larger markets such as Baclaran or Bacoor Markets. I did a price check on a kilo of Mussels and they were 140php ($ USD) here, versus 50-100 ($1-2 USD) at other places. I ended up getting a haircut here and it was 50% more than normal (80php) versus the normal 40-50 pesos ($.80-$1 USD). This isn’t much for foreigners (being that most men pay $5-15 USD for a haircut back home), but for the locals, this is quite expensive. If you can hit a larger market, then I would recommend it, but if you don’t mind paying almost 50% more than the regular price, then have at it here =).
