Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley is a console game which relies on musical themes and features Moominvalley’s rebellious vagabond as the protagonist. When composer Kjartan Sveinsson from Sigur Rós first heard about the possibility of featuring the band’s music on the game soundtrack, he was hesitant: what music could possibly do Moominvalley justice? Yet he couldn’t say no – providing music for a Moomin game was a “no-brainer” for the band.
