Fabric flowers can be simply amazing 🌸 Making a fabric flower with your own hands is a special pleasure. Try to make a beautiful and practical flower “Nara“ together with the founder of the Japanese school of silk floristry Yulia Fedotova (Nagai). 🌸 This flower can be made from almost any thin fabric. You can even not dye the fabric, but use two types of fabric that complement each other beautifully. This flower does not require any tools. All you need is your hands and the desire to create something beautiful.
If your fabric is stiff enough, then you can not pre-soak it with a solution of glue. If the fabric is soft and movable, such as chiffon, it is better to pre-treat it with a PVA glue solution or a gelatin solution, as shown in this video:
