At -10 degrees below zero, I went to a wild coniferous forest to have a nice time and relax in a Russian bathhouse!🌿💧🤪 A traditional bath is about 60 degrees Celsius and about the same humidity! For steaming in a sauna (warming the whole body with steam), we use various brooms: coniferous, oak, birch and so on, each of which has its own aroma and beneficial properties that it transfers to our body during steaming!
