Instructions:

Marination: Add the liver cubes to the marinade, making sure each piece is well-coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight. This allows the flavors to penetrate the meat.
Skewer the Liver: Preheat your grill or oven. Thread the marinated liver cubes onto skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes before threading to prevent burning.
Cooking: Grill the liver kebabs for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the liver is cooked through but still tender. If using an oven, you can broil them.
