Here’s my cover of the main title theme from the 80’s movie Flight of the Navigator! The song is part of my new “Synthesizer Legends - Volume 1“ album, which is available now: The album features a collection of cover tunes of famous and less well-known instrumental synthesizer gems from the eighties. Some of the songs on the album have been part of my live repertoire for many years already, while other songs are completely new arrangements. The second single from the album is one of the new arrangements: the title theme from the movie “Flight of the Navigator”, composed by Alan Silvestri. The music was recorded using only analog synthesizers and analog drum machines: Roland Alpha Juno 1&2; JX-8P; TR-808, Elektron Analog Rytm mkII & Syntakt, Arturia Polybrute, Hypersynth Xenophone (x2), Jomox AirBase99, Korg Poly-61, Oberheim Xpander, Marion ProSynth, Touched-by-Sound DRM1.
