Each state has the right to ensure its security but not if it harms that of other countries – Putin

Speaking to the media after Future Technologies Forum in Moscow, the Russian leader touched on the topic of Ukrainian security, insisting that Ukraine, like any other country, has the right to ensure its security, as long as this is not achieved at the expense of other countries’ security.
