Three Hitters 2 + Weeks Training

Sessions from one week phase. Did more muscle workouts this week because I hurt my metatarsus last week by overstraining it. Tricking is really hard for the body so need to be wise with training so your career won’t stop because of repetitive strain injuries. Now it’s healed up pretty nicely so I can continue training hard again and have even more fun. Song: Flite - Dive
