DIY Barbie / Doll Anna “Frozen“ inspired Dress - Tutorial

Hi guys! Today we’re finally making the dress / outfit for the Frozen inspired Anna repaint I did a while back. I made this outfit inspired by the one Anna wears most of the movie with the cape.
