How to Dougie: Ticking is a way of moving your body with clock-like motions. First learn the fundamental movements and then incorporate ways of moving your whole body together.  Arm Ticking During every one of these motions, move the arm or arms in small increments, like the ticking of a clock’s hand. 1. Start with your right arm at your side. Raise the right hand upwards. Move the right hand above your head and then wave it to the left side. Once your hand reaches your left shoulder, cross it back to the right side. 2. Now start ticking your left hand out to the left side while your right hand continues to tick over to the right side.  3.
