THIS VIDEO IS ALL ABOUT HOW THE STAR STITCH IS FORMED. I EXPLAIN IT AT A SLOW PACE SO THOSE WHO ARE QUITE NEW TO CROCHET CAN FOLLOW ALONG. I WORK THE STAR STITCH IN MULTIPLES OF TWO PLUS 4. I ALSO DEMONSTRATE HOW TO GET A NEAT EDGE WITHOUT ANY GAPS. For the tutorial I am using a 5 weight 100% Merino yarn with a hook. Unfortunately I no longer have the label😕 I didn’t keep it as it is no longer being manufactured. The actual wash cloth is made using James C. Brett It’s 100%Pure DK Cotton and I used the recommended 4mm hk. Unfortunately I don’t have the labels for these shades either.
HERE IS A LINK FOR A BORDER THAT WORKS WELL WITH THIS STITCH
