U.S. will take N. This, according to John Plumb, the first assistant secretary of defense for space policy on Wednesday, amid concerns over North Korea’s pursuit of space-based military capabilities. However, he says while North Korean security issues exist, including its ballistic missile programs, it’s not clear if launching a satellite constitutes a threat.
