Get ready to work your abs while slacklining. The goal of the slackline conditioning sessions is to ATTEMPT the poses for the determined amount of time. If you fall off the line, do not worry. Simply get back on the line and continue.
If a pose seems to challenging, consider doing the previous pose, a different variation or do the same movement while balancing on the ground.
