No personal lifting records this week but thats not what it’s always about. Practice, practice, practice, and spending “time under tension“. That is what makes you stronger.
These are my best lifts for this week, but just a supplement to my regular CrossFit training. The CrossFit workouts do impact my max lift numbers but thats what it is all about!! I enjoy the olympic lifts so this is my way of having fun while training.
