K-DESIGN ｜ #1 CUISINE (with Jungsik, Onjium)

Korean design has garnered considerable worldwide attention lately, receiving prestigious design awards as well as showcasing its artistic media at New York’s Times Square.🌊 In our YouTube series K-DESIGN, the Korea Foundation presents traditional and contemporary Korean designs drawn from everyday life through three episodes: cuisine, furniture, and crafts. The first episode, K-CUISINE, introduces Jungsik and Onjium, two Michelin-starred fine dining restaurants that have developed innovative new designs through the reinterpretation of Korean food and plating. We hope this short but vivid episode offers a taste of modern designs in Korean cuisine. The second episode, K-FURNITURE, and the third episode, K-CRAFT, will be released sequentially on our channel.
