Beijing has issued the highest red warning for geological disasters and meteorological risks due to super typhoon Doksuri. In some areas of the Chinese capital, there is a risk of landslides, mudflows and soil collapses, local authorities explained. Because of this, tens of thousands of city residents are also evacuated.
