Chocolate sponge cake

Chocolate sponge cake ingredients: •150g flour •50g unsweetened cocoa •1 tbsp oil •150g sugar •3 eggs •1 tsp baking powder •2 tbsp heavy cream •1 pinch of salt 1/ Whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture triples in volume. Mix gently with a spatula. 3/ Pour the dough onto a plate. Spread well with a spatula. Bake for 12/15 minutes at 180°. 4/ Once out of the oven, turn the plate over on a damp cloth.
