Waxup - needs approval before moving on. 2. Duplicate the waxup and pour in stone. 3. Make a vacuum formed matrix of waxup duplicate 4. Cut the matrix to the region that you are placing implants 5. Use a round bur to cut a hole in the central fossa/groove of the waxup. 6. Take a 2mm twist drill and make a divit in the cast 7.
