Shoulder Mount Variations for Pole Dancers

Decided to challenge myself to play with as many shoulder mount variations as I could handle! Might have to do a part 2 ;) Its a good idea when training though to choose a couple of variations and get comfortable moving through the different shapes. It helps to build control, muscle awareness and strength. The entry and exit of each variation should be as important as the move itself.
