This is a great alternative to dumbbell rows if you don’t have heavy enough dumbbells or you’ve maxed out the dumbbells in your gym. Setting up perpendicular to the landmine unit makes it more of an “elbows out“ row that really smokes the upper back. I got the idea for these from John Meadows. Great exercise!
