VS Tracking shots following a young woman into a launderette VS The woman puts her washing into a machine and starts it in motion. VS Tracking the woman from launderette, along street and into hair salon. VS Woman walks into salon, sits at sink and starts to wash her own hair. VS In the salon with women washing their own hair, putting rollers in and sitting under dryers. Then setting their hair and putting setting lotion spray on it. VS The woman pays her money, only 2/6d. Then she leaves and we track her back to launderette. MS Collecting her finished washing. (Original. Neg.) Old record suggests that the material dates from around 19/11/1964.
