Welcome to the Cozy Hospital! You’ve come into our surgical department today because you’re having reconstructive surgery done on your ear. Our anesthesiologist will help you through your anxiety while doing a quick exam and getting you hooked up to the monitor. She will count you down to sleep. Then your surgeon will perform the operation. It can be personal attention, gentle touch, hand movements, crinkling, tapping sounds... there are lots of different types of ASMR triggers and everyone is different when it comes to what triggers their ASMR!
