Tony Khan vs Big Swole: AEW’s Diversity Problem About a month ago, the wrestler known as Big Swole and All Elite Wrestling parted ways in what seemed to be a drama-free split. Since then, the story has changed. On her own podcast, Swole detailed some of the issues she had with AEW including a lack of structure but most importantly a lack of diversity. Both from the on-screen talent and the management, Swole pointed to a serious deficit in these areas for non-white members of the AEW family.
