How to stab through a visor

In this video we use a dagger, a spear, and a horseman’s axe in an attempt to stab through a 14th century bascinet visor. When fighting an armored opponent the historical sources tell us to target vulnerable places like the visor, armpits, and palms of the hands, se we explore how difficult it actually is to penetrate a visor to add to our understanding of historical combat.
