Tamagoyaki

Salmon
・Salmon... 1 piece

Fried carrots and mushrooms
・ Carrot... 1/3 carrot
・ Enoki... 1/4 share
・ tablespoon
・Green onions... 2 pieces
・Soy sauce... 1/2 teaspoon
Others

・Wakame furikake... a little
・Boiled pieces
[Recipe]
1. Cut the ingredients.
Green onion: finely chopped
Carrot: Peel and thinly slice
Enoki: cut into small pieces
2. Put the ingredients for Tamagoyaki in a bowl and mix well.
3. Heat a frying pan and add oil.
4. Add 1/3 of the egg mixture and spread it thinly. When one side of the egg is cooked, fold it 3-4 times.
5. Repeat [3] and [4] two more times.
6. Cut the tamagoyaki into bite-sized pieces.
7. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon. Sprinkle salt while it is baking.
8. When one side of the salmon is cooked, turn it over and sprinkle salt again. Heat until the salmon is cooked through.
9. Heat mayonnaise in a frying pan and fry carrots and enoki mushrooms. Once they are cooked, add green onions and soy sauce and stir-fry lightly.
