With the ascension of a sinner into heaven and the loss of their first man, the heavenly council were more shaken than ever. They held every reason to think that there was a mole amongst them in Heaven. Who else could they be suspicious of if not Emily? After all she did agree with Charlie’s proposition and wanted to help in redeeming sinners. She was also incredibly enthusiastic about the arrival of Sir Pentious when all other angels who knew about him were feeling skeptical and unsure of how he ascended. I wrote this song to tell the story of how I think Emily would end up fallen after Hazbin Hotel season 1. As Emily goes through this overwhelming transformation, the events that led her to fall are recounted. Although she is feeling a mixture of emotions, one thing she knows for certain is that she did the right thing.
