Australia - Sydney; The Great Steam Train Race 2018

Sydney’s Annual Transport Heritage Expo Great Train Race. This year the steam locomotives were Garratt 6029 and the recently restored “Nanny” 3626. The video taken from onboard the Garratt’s train. Whilst the main race was over by Strathfield (well before Croydon actually!) the video continues to Clyde, where our train reversed, to be hauled back to Central by GL112.
