Kenneth William David Hensley (24 August 1945 – 4 November 2020) was an English keyboardist, songwriter, singer and guitarist, best known for his work with Uriah Heep in the 1970s.
Hensley was one of Uriah Heep’s original members, and author of most of his songs, from 1969 to 1980, when he left the band, to pursue his solo career.
Hensley participated in bands such as The Gods, Toe Fat, Weed or Head Machine, and collaborated with hard rock and heavy metal artists such as Blackfoot, ., John Wetton and John Lawton, among others
