(mock-up) New York EAS attack warning

This Emergency Alert System mock up (it’s in HD this time - say goodbye to 240p) uses the actual script from the EAS handbook for the Emergency Action Notification, and the attack warning script is from the old Emergency Broadcast System attack script. I assume it’s pretty much the same script, just automated.
