4g Instant dry yeast

40g Sugar

1/2Tsp Salt

130ml Milk
(牛乳)
1 Egg
(卵)
Knead for 20 minutes
(20分間捏ねる)
40g Unsalted butter
(無塩バター)
Knead for 5~10 minutes
(5~10分間捏ねる)
Rise for 1 hour
(1時間発酵させる)
8 Pieces
(8個)
Wait for 15 minutes
(15分待つ)
Rise for 30 minutes
(30分間発酵させる)
Low heat 10 minutes
(弱火 10分)
Low heat 5 minutes
