Yasmin ft Shy FX & Ms Dynamite - Light Up (The World)

Yasmin Zarine Shahmir, who performs under the mononym Yasmin, is a Scottish DJ and singer-songwriter. She was born in Manchester, England to an Iranian father and English mother. At a young age she moved from Manchester and was raised in Kilmacolm, near Glasgow in Scotland. Yasmin began her musical career when she was seventeen years and left university, moving to London, where she focused on DJing. She is signed to record label Levels Entertainment, an imprint of Ministry of Sound and began her singing.
