Healthy diet cake with oats and apples in 5 minutes! No sugar, no butter!
Recipe 1, Diet cake with oats, apple and banana
Ingredients:
100 g(1 cup) oat flakes
2 medium apples
100 ml(2/5 cup) water
1 medium ripe banana
2 medium eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
a pinch of salt
50 g(1/2 cup) nuts/ or almonds
50 g(1/3 cup) dried cranberries or raisins
bake for 40 minutes at 180°C/360°F
Recipe 2, Muffins with oat flour and apples
Ingredients:
80 g(~3/4 cup) oat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
a pinch of salt
20 g(1/4 cup) nuts
1 medium egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon maple syrup/ date paste
80 ml(1/3 cup) kefir/ or yogurt
1 medium apple
bake for 17-20 minutes at 180°/360°F
