Crafting a Foam Sword Part 1 is the beginning of a video series in which I show you how I plan to make my foam swords. The first step before we start working with foam is to have your template, if you don’t have one or don’t know of a good way to make one then just check out my video below on how to print one out. In this video I take you through the first part of the process, which is cutting out your basic foam sword shape. The EVA Foam will be the base element for my swords. As part of the build I plan
