Ingredients
Pork loin fillet - 600 grams
Mushrooms - 300 grams
Onion - 1/2 pcs
White wine - 200 ml
Flour - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 30 grams
Olive oil - 20 ml
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Method of preparation
Cut the meat into medallions 1 finger thick.
Season the meat with salt and pepper on both sides.
Sear it in the hot olive oil or oil for 1 minute on each side on a moderate heat.
Remove the meat and fry the onion in the same fat for 3 minutes on a moderate heat.
Add the mushrooms, roughly chopped, and the butter.
Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Add the flour and fry it for 1 minute on a low heat.
Add the wine while stirring continuously. Season with black pepper.
