Neuroscientist Laura Babcock talks about her research into cognitive processes in the interpreting brain and discusses whether interpreting can keep you young.
Laura spent some months in Brussels this spring testing European Commission volunteer interpreters. She is currently based in Trieste where she has been following the first year interpreting students throughout their course to see if she could detect changes in their brains brought on by interpreting.
