❣DIY Fairy House Cottage Using Cardboard❣

I made this fairy house cottage recycling some cardboard from pizza boxes. I glued it together with hot glue and painted with acrylics. It took me about four days to finish it. I started by drawing and cutting the walls. I used two sheets of cardboard for each wall. I glued them together with hot glue. I wanted to have a detachable roof so I cut out the upper shape of the front and back walls to make a structure for the roof. I wanted a crooked house so the sheets of cardboard have a lot of curves. After the basic shape is complete I add details like an attic, a chimney, shingles using the same type of cardboard. I covered the walls with stones. I used egg cartons for this step, the texture of the carton is amazing for this effect. I painted the whole thing with acrylics. I applied the base color for each element like I always do(red for the roof, brown for the door, grey for the stones, black for the chimney) then I added shadows and lights. ----------------------------------------------------------
