We made an improvised stick to roast the trout on some hot coals. As the trout was cooking, we prepared a delicious chili oil to enhance its flavor. We combined the aromatic flavors of various vegetables, chili peppers, and spices to make the oil, which was a perfect complement to the roasted trout. The combination of the smoky flavor from the coals and the spicy flavor from the chili oil made the trout taste incredibly fresh and delicious.
