The Irish Rover - The Pogues feat. The Dubliners x Gardiner Brothers Irish Dance #shorts
Part 5 of our St Patrick’s Day Series!
Because we cant all celebrate together this year for St. Patricks Day, we both wanted to do our best to bring a little slice of Ireland into everyones home this year! We will be celebrating all things Ireland and we encourage you to do the same! We might have to celebrate apart this year, but our Irish culture and herratige will always keep us together at heart.
Two Irish Rovers ☘️
🎵: Dancing to an absolute classic today - ’The Irish Rover’s by The Dubliners and Pogues We’re huge fans of these two bands, but especially the main voice here, Shane MacGowan. He sings with a brilliant energy and we couldn’t help but dance along!
📍: This video was shot travelling through our home village of Clarinbridge. The pubs featured here are Jordan’s, Sherry’s, Paddy Burke’s and Moran’s 💚
We miss going to a lively traditional session in pubs all across Ireland where this song most certainly would have made a few appearances! Here’s to the pubs of Ireland, and getting back to live music and dancing very soon 🙏🍺
