Mr. Sin Kosal is a public speaking trainer and coach. He finished his Bachelor Degree and Master Degree in TESOL from IFL. Currently, he is a professor at PUC, teaching Strategies for Oral Communication to senior students. He has been a member of Toastmasters International for over 6 years. Back in 2012, before he joined Toastmasters, he was a shy man and lacked of confidence to communicate and to speak in public.
