Introducing the TCS Rocket Plug Kit

The TCS Rocket Tire Plug Kit features reusable anchors that not only make it super easy to fix a puncture, but also create the most dependable tubeless repair on the market. The Rocket tool is CNC’d from durable, yet lightweight 6061 aluminium alloy with an ergonomic design to fit your hand. Internal storage provides space for four reusable Rocket Anchors, and fifteen diameter tyre plugs. Both the insertion tool and storage areas are covered by push-fit caps to provide quick and easy access. Under the larger cap you’ll find the launcher, and this can be adjusted to suit your needs. For chunkier mtb tread, the launcher works best in an extended position. For smoother tread with smaller knobs, the launcher can be wound back in. The launcher also features an indicator line to help set the perfect extension for preloading the tool. The Rocket tool can be pre-loaded with up to 4 plugs so it’s ready to go when needed. Simply feed them through an anchor, put the anchor on the launcher, then tuck the tails of the plugs into these holes to secure the load. With the Rocket ready to launch at a moment’s notice, all you need to do is pull the cap and plug the tyre to create an instant, air-tight seal. No need to panic if you haven’t pre-loaded the Rocket though. You can take the pressure off & buy yourself time with the Extra Hand tool. Just remove it from the Rocket and push the stepped, pointy end into the hole until you hear the air leak stop. It can be left there until the tool is loaded and you’re ready to repair the tyre. Once the tyre is repaired, the Anchor will remain fixed in place until you’re done with the tyre. When the time comes, simply remove the Anchor from the inside of the tyre and it’s ready to go again. Older & well-used Anchors may get sticky after repetitive use, so the Extra Hand tool can also assist in removing them from the storage sleeves if needed. We also offer a refill pack with four more reusable Anchors and fifteen replacement plugs for when your supplies run low. The Refill Pack will re-load your Rocket tool when needed, but will also work with most multi-tools if you’re in a pinch, or, you want to be super-minimalistic. The small anchor holds up to two Plugs and can be pushed into the tyre using a 2mm hex key, while the large Anchors hold up to four Plugs and work with a 2 or 3m hex. Both the complete TCS Rocket Tyre Plug Kit and Refill Pack are sustainably packaged in a compressed pulp paper that is 100% recyclable.
