1 of the 4 Tucker 48 Prop Cars Built For Tucker The Man and His Dream!

This is one of the four prop cars made for the 1988 movie Tucker: The Man and His Dream. It is now part of the AACA’s Tucker collection in Hershey, PA. The museum is putting on a 75th-anniversary celebration June 16-18 2023; visit for tickets! This particular example was meticulously restored by a group of students but we are not sure where (if you know, please let us know in the comments!). After production our late great uncle Frank Tucker mentioned to Francis Ford Coppola that he was interested in the prop cars and Mr. Coppola sent all of them to him! Although they look like real cars, they are made of very thin fiberglass and are not road worthy.
