Their debut release ‘Never Get Off the Boat’ dropped in 2008 on Ilija Rudman’s Croatian label Red Music Records and since those early beginnings they have found homes for their signature sound on Futureboogie, Throne Of Blood, 2020Vision, Wolf Music, Crosstown Rebels and Skint Records. Their impressive back catalogue of remixing work includes Kylie, Lana Del Rey, Bryan Ferry, Hot Chip, Friendly Fires, Crazy P and more. As DJs they have played across the globe at almost every venue and festival of credible note; Panorama Bar, Fabric, Glastonbury, Love International Festival. With strong links to Ibiza, their residencies include We Love at the infamous Space Club, and more recently Pike’s Hotel. Outside of the studio and the booth, they held a residency on Rinse FM, becoming one of the mainstays of the station hosting international guests and fresh talent monthly. PBR’s label, Kurtz Records, was created by the duo as a platform for their own output and as a stage to champion some of their favourite new artists and remixers. Fast forward 20 years … 20 f’kin years! To many crowds the world over PBR Streetgang are known and loved for their talents behind the turntables, but to others they are producers and remixers whose eclectic taste and evolving style has seen them enjoy longevity and much critical acclaim. To celebrate this milestone, PBR bring us a rare selection of originals and remixes that show the breadth and depth of their work.
