Greetings family, I am so happy to share a little about the story of the next song from my forthcoming album with you here. One morning I was making coffee and found this video of an elder Rastaman who’s name is ‘Ras Elder Iron Teacha’ / ‘Bongo’ and as I was watching, tears started rolling down my face at the beauty and majesty of this man and his spirit spoke to mine in a way I cannot convey. Some while after a dear friend of mine called Om Shanti came to my door and I poured him a cup and rolled one and we sat outside in the morning sun and watched the video together. Some impulse came to grab my guitar, which was strange because I hadn’t been playing much and my guitar was in its case and put away.
