Moriarty The Patriot - Judas (AMV)

I just binged watch this entire show within 12 hours yesterday. Went in with little to zero expectations, assuming that they’ll butchered the crap out of Moriarty character-- ended up loving it. I especially like how they delve much deeper into his background and the theme of class distinction, where the wealthy enjoyed far more privileges and had power to abuse the poor, so much to the point that they could ruin countless lives. The writing was clever, and raised questions about Moriarty’s moral compasses versus his methods to achieve absolute justice. In some ways he reminded me of Light Yagami, as they both form this ideal of a “perfect” world through cleansing the ugly--though I probably shouldn’t make that comparison since he came out first along with Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes franchise lol. Nevertheless, this show was a pleasant surprise for me. Kudos to those who worked behind this, including the source manga.
