Opening ourselves up and truly exposing who we are can be scary. We find it difficult to honestly express our insecurities and fears. We stuff our feelings deep down inside and wear a mask on our face that says to the world, ’I’m fine.’ We live behind walls and avoid being vulnerable. But to fully feel love and connection, we need to be vulnerable. Vulnerability connects us. It is a great gift we give to another person, when we let them see all of who we are.
