We’ll see the docks, the outdoor markets, and the regular street scenes experienced by turn-of-the-century New Yorkers every day of their lives over one hundred years ago. These images were obviously not originally taken in color, but they have all been colorized and enhanced with the use of AI technology. The results aren’t perfect, but in many cases, they are surprisingly good. And, when you view these scenes in enhanced color - they carry a familiarity and reality that don’t necessarily come through in black-and-white photos.
