Triblock copolymer forming a 1 molecule thick membrane in EtOH-Decane

This biomimetic membrane is suspended over a 300um diameter hole in teflon and is immersed in a KCl solution. The thin spot in the center is one molecule thick (~6nm) and expands over time.
